Kiya Hoti Taffuz Sunnat ?

Ahle sunnat wal jamaat (Ahnaf, Shawafea, Malikiyyah aur Hanabilah) ke 4 dalail (usul) hai

1.Quran
2.Sunnat
3.Ijmaa
4.Ijtihaade mujtahid

Jo masail quran aur sunnat se sabit hai usme apne aap ko hum "Ahle Sunnat" kehte hai kyu ke sunnat dar asl quran hi par amal ke tariqe ka naam hai.

Jaise quran me hai "Ruku karo" par ruku ka tariqah aur uske azkar quran me nahi wo hume sunnate rasulullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam se mile, aap S.w ne hume quran ke is hukm par amal karke dikhaya ke kaise karna hai.

Sunnat se ye baate mili..
Ruku me jaate waqt اللہ اكبر , ruku ki halat me سبحان ربي العظيم aur ruku se sar uthathe waqt  سمع الله لمن حمده padhna hai.

Ab agar koi ye daawa kare ke hum sirf quran ko hujjat maante hai to uske zimme hai ke wo sirf quran se ruku ka tariqah aur azkaar sabit kare, warna matlab ye hoga ke deen me hukm to hai par tareeqa nahi.

Ab in azkaar ke ahista kehna hai ya zor se, kaunsa zikr imam zorse kahe aur muqtadi ahista, kaunse azkaar imamo muqtadi dono ahista kahe aur saare azkaar munfarid ahista kahe aisa sarahatan kisi rivayat me bhi nahi mila, ye tamam baate Ijmaa e ummat se sabit hai,

In masail par amal karke hum apne aap ko "Wal Jamaat" kehte hai

Aur jin masail me ijtihad ki haajat hoti hai aur quran aur sunnat me sarahatan unka hal nahi hota aur nusus ki teh me chhupa hota hai un masail me Mujtahid ijtihad karta hai aur Gair mujtahid uski pairvi karta hai jise istilah me taqleed kehte hai.

Ab jo hazraat ye daawa kare ke ijmaa aur Ijtihaado taqleed ki koi zarurat nahi aur hum sirf 2 hi daleel maante hai quran aur hadees, unse hum ye kahenge ke jo masail ijmaa se sabit hue unhe pehli 2 daleel se sabit karke bataye, kyu ke hum tisri daleel ki taraf tab hi aage badhe jab pehle 2 dalail me hume iski sarahat na mili, ab jab aap pehli hi 2 dalail se hume sabit kar denge to hum aage kyo badhenge ?

Isi tarah agar wo ijtihadi masail ka bhi sarahatan kitabo sunnat se hal bata de to humme ke mujtahid ko na ijtihad ki zarurat padegi aur naa to gair mujtahid ko uske ijtihad par amal karke muqallid banne ki.

To ab humara mutalbah ye hai ke aap ijtihadi masail ka sarahatan hal kitabo sunnat se dikha de...

Maslan ruku hi ki halat me agar kisi ne galti se سبحان ربي الاعلى padh diya to ab uska kya hukm hai..?

Aaya uski namaz hogai ya nahi ?
Agar hui to naqis hui ya kamil ?
Ispar use gunah hoga ya nahi ?
Uspar sajdae sahv lazim hai ya nahi ?
Agar wo sajdae sahv na kare namaz hogi ya nahi ?

In tamam sawaalaat ke jawabat sareeh ayate qurani ya saheeh, sareeh gair muaariz hadees se pesh kare.

{SAHEEH ka mutalaba isliye ke Gair muqallideen ka daawa sirf saheeh hadis maanne ka hai isliye jo bhi hadees SAHEEH ka darjah nahi payegi, Gair Muqallideen use bataur daleel gargiz pesh nahi kar sakte.

SAREEH ki qaid isliye ke jab nafse masla alfaz ke satg maujud nahi hoga to qayas karna padega aur Gair Muqallideen ke nazariyaat ke mutabiq hum unke is qayaas ko maan kar, Muqallid hokar phir mushrik ban jayenge, isliye humne Taqleed se chhutkara hasil karne ke liye Saraahat ka mutalabah kiya hai.

GAIR MUAARIZ ki shart isliye ke dalaail me ta'aruz hone ki surat me Gair muqallideen, unme se kisi ek ko muntakhab karenge to in Gair Muqallideen ke intikhaab ko maanna taqleed hi hoga jo ke Gair Muqallideen ke nazdeek shirk hai aur hume mushrik nahi banna, isliye Gair muqallideen se Gair Muaariz hadees ka mualabah kiya gaya hai taake hume taqleed se mukammal taur par najaat hasil ho.}

In tamaam sawalaat ke jawabaat ijtihadan hi hal hue aur mujtahid ke ijtihadi qawaid hi se hume iske jawab mile, isliye is tarah ke masail me hum apne aapko hanafi , shafaee , maliki ya hanbali kehlate hai.

Aur in ijtihadi ikhtilaafaat ki buniyad par maslak banta hai, Na ke firqah.
Agar ijtihadi ikhtilafaat ki buniyad par masalik ko firqe qarar de diye jaaye to sab se pehle sahabah ko firqo me munqasim maanna lazim ayega (kyuke ijtihadi ikhhtilaafaat sahabah ke darmiyan bhi the) jo yaqinan batil hai.

Isiliye hum Ahnaf , shawafea , malikiyyah aur hanabilah sab ke sab bihamdillah haq ke raahi hai ab agar kisi ko in naamo se bair ho to hume ijtihadi masail ka hal un dalail se sarahatan dikha de jinme hum apne aapko "Ahle Sunnat aur Wal Jamaat" kehte hai, hum yaqinan aage ki taraf nahi badhenge, aur na fir mujtahid ko ijtihad ki zarurat hogi aur naa hi gair mujtahid ko taqleed ki,
Lekin agar aap ye masail nusus me sarahatan nahi dikha sakte aur hargiz nahi dikha sakte to khudara ijtihadi masail me apni raay aur qiyas par amal karke hadees par amal karne ka jhut na bolein

Allah taala hume deen ka fahm naseeb farmaye.
